The car manufacturer Renault and the two suppliers Valeo and Valeo Siemens eAutomotive have signed a letter of intent for a strategic cooperation. The partners have agreed to jointly design, develop and produce a new generation of electric motors for electric cars. The production of the units is to take place in France from 2027 and will be completely free of rare earths. Renault Feb 10 2022
