With Islamic terrorism increasing around the world for improved society acceptance the Muslims of Australia need their leader , the Grand Mufti, to make a statement of substance such as the following " The Koran has been wrongly interpreted and in a future dominated Muslim society Australian non Muslims (infidels) will not be fined , imprisoned or killed for failing to convert to Islam. In addition all other religious groups including Christians will be free to practice their religions and also evangelize".
This statement or something similar would allow Australians to treat our Muslim groups with less suspicion and more acceptance . I await a logical move by senior Muslim statesmen rather than fairy floss statemen
