What you did not say is prepared to help as long as it is other peoples money and not their own. Now that Helicopter Rudd has over $200 million why does not help the people who need help with say $175 million.
Saint Rudd was good at giving my money and millions of other peoples money away. He just cant stand the thought of giving his own away.
