There is the interesting part, lest than 15,000 listed and prices are still falling. All that talk about needing a large amount of listing or forced sales to crash a market is spoken by people who may not know as much as they try to make people believe.
Like I said to nos, wait for the spring selling season, it's approaching quickly. It will certainly quickly go past the 15,000 onto 16,000 and above..we'll have to wait and see how demand replies. Imaging if it went to 18,000 or above, which is probably less than 2.5% of total stock.
