what will the next week bring

Here is my opinion on how things are going to pan out over the next week.

DML will issue an announcement stating that they have received several proposals with one being a takeover offer from CFC at 35 cents.
They will review the offer and state that it is inadequate and the board have decided to back a 2nd proposal by investor X who will take a $XYmillion stake in the company at a price of 15-18 cents.
Management will sell it in such a way that it is best for all investors as we will retain a stake in the company and benefit from any future upside.
Of course CFC wont be happy so they might come back with a better offer but I don't believe it will get over the line.
I also believe they will announce a downgrade in their copper reserves.

What will be critical is the May production figures. If they have improved substantially then it gives more weight behind their decision to reject any low ball bid.

And of course I welcome a rights issue at the same price as any placement to strategic investors.
