I think a bullet on the airport tarmac, or at the 'factory', or just in a ditch near where they were dealing.....far cheaper and worth every cent. Better for all concerned. We have laws that get in the way - and put those laws to a vote. I think common sense would win. Cost.....not a lot...Value...priceless. Got enough problems here with alcohol and nicotine....and both need double the taxation.
