I'd just like to say that I've spent some time in Sweden and to state that the Government is monitoring the consumption of individuals and then does something about it is totally incorrect . In fact never heard mention of that from anyone there.
I did see them get off their faces plenty of times though . Seemed much the same as anywhere else
