Nice map Nordes!
SAR's weather-related shortfall of 5k oz translates into a 7% quarter miss against original guidance. They are also prediction a 10% AISC overshoot for the March quarter. On a brighter note, they are maintaining 80k oz guidance for the June quarter, so no ongoing knock-on impacts expected from the rain.
As you say, WA is a a big place, but given we had weather-related impacts for a range of names being reported before the March deluge, I think it would be prudent to discount the possibility of a good production quarter for RMS. That said, I think this is now all in the price so was buying RMS again into the close today.
