When to crystalise a loss

Unfortunately, I think I got it wrong on this one. When does it become the point to sell? For SGH, I feel the only way to survive is through a huge restructure or a dilutive equity capital raising. I've lost ALL confidence in management and the company.

What is particularly frustrating is that AG reaffirmed guidance twice only to spit out the appalling numbers that we saw yesterday. How the F&$# can they get it so wrong? My holding isn't particularly large as I'm a new investor. Call me naive, etc. but when is it time to just get out and cut my losses?

My view is IF the company turns around successfully there will be plenty of upside to jump back in on anyway.

    Thanks.
