Does anyone think the stock shortage and herd size / growth are connected and is there a ceiling? I am genuinely concerned about this lack of stock and of course as a shareholder the loss of sales (& potentially goodwill?)

Not a downramper as all will know, but I am concerned.

Probably not the right forum to explain where cows come from.....

There are many A2 cows around, however they need to be tested to confirm they are A2. A farmer with 1000 cows may have 100-200 A2 cows, if they separate the milk they can produce both types, or they can slowly transition their herd by buying in A2 and selling out A1 until they hit the number of A2 in their herd that means it is economic to totally switch over.

My understanding is that this movement is already happening amongst those wanting to transition.
