This process of finalizing finance has had more than enough time. For me, i will be out by weeks end if there is no announcement, as i want to be sure to beat the rush for the door.
It has been" immenent" , "definately this quarter", "waiting for the last 5%" etc. etc.
The time is now- show us the money or show me the door.
