60 odd reclassifications of the Indiginous australians to date by the commonwealth
    - The voice is meant to represent indigenous australians

    - i assume indeginous australians will assume that having the Voice represent them is a constitutional right once enshrined

    - When future govts seek to reclassify again to reign in the number of people who are self reporting or being included in mobs by incumbents as indigenous, does that impinge on those no longer deemed indigenous their constitutional right to a voice ? I can see the high court actions now, the lawyers surely can see the punch ups this might cause.

    - What if those serving on the voice panels are themselves not deemed indigenous enough? Obviously the government of the day will seek counsel on that problem of reclassification from the Voice itself- hows that going to work?

In the end its still a westminster government with an advisory which it might need to whack when it gets out of shape, which will be howled at as racist and oppressive.

The whole thing is racist, by definition. Fity years from now the australian indigenous population will be unlike it is today - it'll be bigger and many will have become largely homogenised with the rest of the population - because thats what happens when people mix.

We arent planning ahead , not even close.
