Anything is possible, RI, CR, RI, other.....
Have seen this many many times where RI's are 100% taken up by a large Insto at a price greater than market, because obtaining such a larch number of shares on market would push the price up substantially.
My guess is still an institutional CR, and us retailers will miss out.
