Perceptive were in DD with AVR from $4 apparently, and didn’t take a position until it was $20. So that’s a couple of years of DD.
Speaking of AVR, the CEO has been the head of several regions for BP and taken many new drugs to market over his time.
He has stated it can take $1B for BP to create and launch a new drug, my point here is around the capital that has been spent by PAR to date. In my view based on those estimates I’d suggest PAR have done exceptionally well on the spend to get to this stage of the game.
Yes I understand it is a repurposed drug but if this gets to market it will be a blockbuster, and will have cost PAR way under that $1B.
