Nice table to work with @aaragon but could it be there is a flaw in it?

I could not arrive to your $5.64 at 5%.
My calc shows $ 1.52 with 5% and that does make more sense as 5 x 1% = 5% and so 5 x 0,30 = 1,50 (there seem to be some rounding issues).

Any way, the 5% with 3 x growth potential seem to be correct as I too arrived at $ 9,14..
