How do you think the price point was derived exactly?
You make it sound like they have pulled a number out of the air. If you trust the management team then you trust that a huge amount of work has gone into pricing and this number is ultimately at a level where they think profits are maximised.
Respectfully I would suggest managements opinion on pricing is slightly more informed than yours.
