And a fact is that Qbrexza does already make $30m a year, and is growing, and it is not even as effective as Sofdra - so I doubt either botox or Thoracic Sympathectomy are a substantial risk based on what's happening presently. I hope you've seen what I showed on the other thread about how the International Hyperhidrosis Society don't actually recommend that surgery - In fact they caution against it. And BOT have them mailing out to their 50,000 subscribers that Sofdra has arrived!

Insurance companies already cover the $690 price for Qbrexza. The same as they are going to do for BOT's Sofdra. That is all clear on the info BOT have provided, so you do not need ot be worried about them not covering Sofdra's price.
