Neuren didn't 'sell out' for royalties, they got a partner to assist them in facilitating the next stage of the company's early growth which was a necessity. People are clamouring for Dimerix to announce partnerships at this very moment for the same reason. Those in Imugene would kill for partnership news at the moment!
Fair enough to those comparing the $$ involved but the difficulty of getting each company's drug to their respective market is different in my view and that is not even taking into account what else is in each company's pipeline.
Would Botanix be 'selling out' if they got taken over after approval for a fair price? I don't think so.
