watso has nothing against instant coffee - so that is a good starting point.
sometime ago, watso bought an expensive coffee machine from the op shop (lol - it was not expensive at the op shop) - which obviously needed coffee beans.
also a long time ago, watso bought 1kg of coffee for a really cheap rtc price - but watso thought that he was buying coffee beans for his expensive (but cheap) coffee machine... not that watso knows much about coffee - but it seems that what he bought was not instant coffee, nor coffee beans but probably ground coffee beans - so watso needed to buy something else - so back to the opshop - and bought something similar (follow the red arrow, and see where it points), for a few dollars
watso seems to be happy with most coffees - be it instant coffee, ground coffee, or from a coffee machine - and forget the rubbish that is sold in sachets - they are way to expensive - and frankly using a coffee machine to ground coffee and to mix in a bit of milk is really a waste of time - because at the end of the day, it is still just a cup of coffee... except for the snob value of having an expensive bit of rubbish in the kitchen
the trick to a nice cup of coffee is to toss in some milk powder
