When Gough was voted in finely balanced Small regional/town economies were hit with increase wages overnight.....Small business like my Dad's suffered and like many didn't last the Gough reign....This happened for many businesses however the smart ones down sized or moved on as we did in 75....Also the fund raising that Dad had organised for years for the local Primary school was told to stop....The cash would come from the Feds now....Social structure destruction Labor style....I remember being taught AAF after years of GSQ as the national Anthem...I think the Q got her revenge via Kerr/sacking of Gough....And of course the Oz voters gave Gough the Austraylian Boot at the 75 election! As history remembers Gough after his passing Im sure my late Dad will have a stern word into the Socialist non-progressive egotistical's ear....And like Rudd, Gough was always on plane traveling to some non interesting socialist backwater...Gough return to OZ after cyclone Tracey Flattened Darwin Xmas 74....He left for OS again three days later....I rest my case....Gough was worst PM ever!
