While getting any sort of finance is a good result, market obviously isn't too keen on the conditions and royalties with BR.
Lightly searching through the web there is noticeable commentary from apparently impartial persons on how this arrangement is great for BR, and really exploits AVB. I understand why, and generally agree. Though transitioning to producer will ultimately free AVB financially so for the sake of fast-tracking progress taking the most forthcoming finance arrangement sits fine with me.
