There are two opposing ideologies clashing in Australia;
a) we can be one people, equal before the law, with an equal say, or b) we can be two peoples cohabiting one continent.
If we are one people we are at peace.
If we a country permanently divided by race then conflict will always exist. Those on the left claim we need a "treaty" to regulate this inherent conflict. Lidia Thorpe says outright that we are at war. Thomas Mayo says we need to pay compensation. Others call for seperate governance, seperate representation, seperate schools, seperate courts administering seperate laws.
