Who Is Eagle Eye ASSET Holdings??? What does 2023 Bring?

Hey guys, I've started doing some digging and research on "Eagle Eye ASSET Holdings" as I'd never heard of them prior to this latest announcement and didn't have the time to do much research earlier. Here's some of the things I've found. It's Interesting they have an office in Singapore and DUBAI. Then I looked at their Dubai office and saw a name I've heard of previously, "Adani Group". Gaurav Gupta signed the latest Form 603 (Notice of Substantial Holdings) dated today, (Refer to CAY website) and is Adani Capital's CEO.

ABOUT US: Eagle Eye Asset Holdings Pte. Ltd. (branded as Fortuna Holdings SFO) is a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) registered single-family office, based in Singapore with a Branch at Dubai, managing the investment portfolios of the promoter family.





Then I looked a little deeper into Fortuna Holdings (https://www.fortunaholdings.com/investment) and they have their fingers in a lot of pies, especially in Africa based countries. You can all have a look for yourselves, but for the lazier ones I've attached some interesting sections from their website.

As I and a few others suspected, these guys have been doing their Due Diligence for a while. I think, were on the cusp of the start of the re-rate and these guys will help us get there. With our new board and their contacts, (I'm sure Adani is just 1 of them), we will see a very prosperous 2023 (All IMO of course). (It appears to me we are now starting to look much bigger internationally, not just WA).
Surely These guys would not have come on now, before the MC/ML has been issued, if they weren't convinced it won't be signed.

These guys appear to be the start of the BIG BOYS that have taken a big interest in CAY. They have received the best deal upfront, because they have put their money where their mouth is and they believe in this Management Team, as I do.

Well done to the CAY Management Team landing this big fish. Timing wasn't perfect, but something tells me this is the new start we all longed for.

Onwards and upwards for 2023 me thinks.
