That's true. Arafat was the worst leader the Palestinians could possibly have. But that's history. The Israeli's have all the power. They have to either offer the Palestinians a legitimate contiguous demilitarised state along the lines of Oslo or be named as an apartheid dictatorship that "mows the lawn" as they put (ie. wipe out a few thousand people) every few years.
