I dont see that the Israelis have to give in to palestinian terrorism at all...
Why offer a reward for continual terrorist activities and continual murder?
First there must be a proven peace partner for the Israelis to deal with which means that the palesinians must expel hamas and the many other terrorist networks from their communities and prove that they can and will live in peace and cooperation with their Israeli neighbors for at least a couple of decades or more, enough time for a fresh generation of palestinian youngsters to grow up free from the current brainwashing, and indoctrination into rabid and murderous jew/infidel hating terrorists...
There is absolutely no need in the world for yet another islamofacist terrorist controlled country and until the palestinians firmly reject terrorism as a tactic and firmly reject the masses of terrorists nesting within their communities and reform their education systems to promote and teach peaceful coexistence with their Israeli neighbor, there is not need for Israel to do anything except defend itself from the palestinian terror groups and periodically perform military incursions to disarm and eliminate the groupings or terrorists that have formed within the palestinian community...
