Well a palestinian state based on islamofacism and islamic terrorism and as a reward for continued murderous terrorism doesnt seem to be such a matter of urgency at present in fact it would probably be a complete disaster for Israel and for the rest of the world..
It would seem to more important for the Palestinians to immediately start on a full and compehensive program of completely eliminating the mass of murderous terrorists from their midst and start the process of educating their people to live peacefully and cooperatively with their Israeli neighbors...
Most important is reformulating the education system that the palestinian children passes through that currently seems to be focussed on indoctrinating murderous, genocidal hatred for Jews in particular and infidels in general...
It will probably take several decades of young children educated into peaceful coexistence and cooperation with their Israeli neighbors and acceptance of infidels and people having a right to live to have a significant impact...

Once the palestinians completely eliminate this terrorist element from the basic structure of their communities and start working/living peacefully and cooperatively with the Israelis, any sense of urgency for the formation of a palestinian is eliminated and an eventual palestinian state as a peaceful, cooperative state of people dedicated to peaceful coexistence becomes inevitable over the course of time, probably after 3 to 4 decades or peaceful existence and education of the young palestinain children to be focussed on peace and acceptance of their neighbors...
