    korean style barbecue:

    Lightly marinate one or two steaks in the following:
    2 tablespoons brown miso paste.
    1 tablespoon dry sherry or sake.
    1 tablespoon brown sugar.
    1 dessert spoon sesame oil.
    2 pressed garlic cloves.
    A few splashes soy.
    A few splashes worcestershire.


    Barbecue on the charcoal webber.

    Well done on one side and a few seconds on the other side.

    Baby spinach, sliced cucumber, celery, radish and toasted sesame seeds, to serve
