AVA have announced the completion of their takeover of MSP. They control about 91%. They have publicly stated their intention is to delist MSP from the ASX and are running a stock buyback now. Existing shareholders should accept the cash offer while it still stands because it will be very difficult for them to sell their stock afterwards. Currently there is no market for MSP stock except for the buyback.
I don't think it is very likely that MSP will ever pay dividends to the 8% or so of hangers-on, so there is really no advantage in keeping the stock, only downside. Spend the cash to buy AVA instead, it has a bright future having just signed a potentially $15 million deal with 1 customer.
