If the dilution was less then management could have signed off on it without a vote. (25% I think but someone will correct me Im sure)


Because of the massive amount of dilution the vote is required - that in itself tells you something.

We have the cash , we do not have to return it , The Sophisticated Investors who bought in will be rewarded , if any still hold , by getting in at a huge discount. We do not need to give away 15% more of the company over the next 12 months - Get a deal over the line management and you will have 1,000's of shareholders ready to finance growth in our company
