A few on here are 'cherry picking' issues to suits their own agenda.
To those going on about dilution: " do you really have that many millions of shares to be affected by dilution? "

a retail holder with say 200K ADO shares today will still have 200k shares after this CR.
the Tangible asset of 200K shares will remains the same in your trading account and its value is only affected by the daily share price movements and not by dilution.
Everyone had the offer to participate to increase their tangible asset.
I understand that not everyone was in a financial position to participate that's a given with current economics cost of living etc.
However the last time there was a CR the participation of the Retail holders was poor so it leaves ADO no choice but to approach SI and instos for funds knowing that said retail holders would not front up with much money. Retail holders = about 73% of the register...

without money in the bank ADO shuts the doors !

I have participated in SPP to give money directly to ADO and to increase my tangible asset. I don't care about dilution it's totally irrelevant.
Only the exit price matters when the time comes to cash in the chips.
All of us will cash in our chips that's why we put money in ADO a speccie with plenty of risk and reward.
