There are no guarantees either way. However, Anteotech requires a Bootstrap to get ahead of alternative technologies. Dribbling along for the sake of 12% maximum dilution, and missing locking up deals carries the real risk of SP plateauing sub $0.03 JIMHO. It makes little sense.

Some chose not to participate despite capability. Some couldn't participate. Now I I'll put my hand up, I was not in a position to maximise my entitlements.
