Im sorry but if the share price is 30c then we have signed some significant deal
We can then raise at 25c with minimal dilution rather than give them away at 2.5c
The only way the Options get realised is if we are successful and the share price appreciates to make them worth converting.
Certainly in the future if we do a capital raise management and brokers alike will be more cautious in how they structure a deal - given we all agree this raise has been poor then I think this would be a good thing.
I have been holding for 15 years - I respect your opinions Phil , I just do not believe we should be giving away any more of this company post raise at such a discount when we have this vote to veto Options that should never have been thrown in.
