Lets assume someone was to come on board for half of our morila mine.
You could end up with a similar situation as in the days it was owned by Barrick / Anglo where;
Morila sarle (this is a seperate entity to ffx) is split;
20% mali government
40% ffx
40% to someone else
If this happens the company buying into Morila Sarle will not get any part of ffx or our leo shares.
Got to understand the company structures, its important and why they have companies within companies to limit liability.
