Gold price now at US$1330 and CU at US$2.2, $1330 divided by 2.20 = 604
Now historically Gold/copper have traded anywhere from 600 to 285 difference when you divide their price
As a huge gold bull if gold gets to say US$3000, and the margin is 600, copper should be $5/lbUS
but if the margin gets to 300 than gold US$3000 = US$10/lb copper
If gold gets to US$5,000 in the next 5-10, as a lot of experts predict and the gold/copper margin is 600, copper should be US$8.30/lb, if that margin drops to 300, copper could be US$16/lb.
I see a very bright future for us, I KNOW gold will go up, and if CU just follow gold a little bit up, we will be in the money big time in a few yrs
