    according to pretty chart, copper will be $3.40 by 2021, say its 10% less
    and the no. of shares on issue is not 2.4billion but 10% more.
    That's would just mean your valuation of AVB would be 10% LESS wouldn't it?
    so it wouldn't be 72c a share but 65c/share or is to too simplistic?
