@Zinzo I reckon you are selective with what you claim are the facts!
The Nachu project was shelved well before the Tanzanian Government changed the Mining Act! It was put on the back burner because MNS couldn't find credible buyers for their graphite. They couldn't get finance hence the battery fantasy that is now peddled.
