I guess when I write why does China and Russia bring this before the WTO, the question that is relevant is who forms the WTO in terms of representation?
WTO apparently in Geneva Switzerland, or the secretariat. It is interesting Switzerland is not a EU nor EEA member, still supposedly neutral
Over 150 members, and interesting there are subgroups apparently. Not sure how EU is represented at the WTO since it is not an all encompassing nation?
