China and Russia could go to the WTO and say NATO does not represent the nations that supposedly forms a alliance.

What NATO represents is a market intervention designed to exploit others on behalf of an elite to prevent fair trade and the best outcomes for everybody especially with military based contracts as well as other associated dealings. Such an organisation is naturally not at arms length so corruption can flourish in the interest of an elite separate from full open transparent market operations.

The best outcomes for everybody does not serve the interests of the elite, which NATO's actually represents, because if NATO wanted the best it would mean whoever making the decisions of NATO nations would have to roll their sleeves up and compete in fair trade and they would not have collusion to draw upon based on false security/defence narratives. If those in charge had to roll up their sleeves and compete there would be no room for an elite which does not serve the elite which relies on the tyranny of others including exploitation through trade.

Further on, the EU is another mechanism to support an elite class and promote restraints of trade by creating a separate apparatus from the nations it purports to represent. This is why NATO and the EU is going the way of the dodo through inequality and division as the elite are making whoopee through through the exploitation of the masses across the globe as the livelihood of the masses faces collapse.
