The FPSO lease payments should not kick in until commissioning which will be on or about the time of first oil. There will be a progressive ramp up of stage payments associated with drilling, procurement, installation and commissioning of the subsea infrastructure, with final payments due on or around first oil.
So the finance facility for development will be drawn on as and when required as development progresses with final payments transitioning into the revenue stream.
