Yes, after all, BCIA were formed to help Vic/Aus find commercial applications for brown coal use.
They've helped come up with DICE & exportable MRC, but to date no luck with exportable solid dry brown coal or lignite based steel production.
So let them know about that patent, I'm sure they'll be intrigued.
