Cf33 has already been combined with her2 to bring about the Checkvacc strain. This trial (TNBC) was handed back to CoH so we could focus on MAST. I am unclear if the her2 component of Checkvacc is based on Bcell
CarT therapy (keeping in mind it is only approved for blood cancers) is one of the higher curative rate therapies. While B cell has been extremely safe and shown efficacy, it so far has not come close to the curative rates that carT have.
To date, the "Holy Grail" for cancer therapy is to achieve carT response rates for solid tumours, and until Oncarlytics this has been out of reach. Being able to use CarT(or other solid blood cancer drugs, like cd19 Blyncito) on solid tumours if successful, will be the most advanced therapy to date.

Just a small correction:

CHECKvacc is CF33 edited to include an anti-PD-L1 antibody (rather than an anti-HER2 antibody you mentioned). Also, (regardless of which protein it’s targeting) I wouldn’t expect it to produce a B Cell platform like vaccination effect. CHECKvacc could be thought of as an oncolytic virus crossed with a monoclonal antibody.
