Slim chance Chalmers doesn't have the numbers to get it through the Senate.
He has said taxing unrealised gains and the non indexation of the $3M are not negotiable.
Indexation is covered he says by flexibility of future governments to raise the figure.
He has said he'd look at other points raised, is defined benefits and maybe allowing those under preservation age to move funds above $3M out of Super. Hopefully the last one comes through as that affects me.
