The end result was this country had to virtually throw away 100 million to get its bill passed, at a time when we are in so much debt this is near criminal, and your right the number was made up, had the govt said 13% then labor would have demanded 9%, it seems the country is near ungovernable, I would love to know the percentage of folks that actually know what's going on.
