WTIC now around 40 per barrel, gold to oil ratio currently around 30 and mean reverted from 47, still relevant if you trade the extremes, the easy money was going long when oil was hitting 26 per barrel, thanks for the contrarian signal. I will have a beer on you.
No way I could get 50% return on long spot gold in the same time period.
