Not sure if you can answer this, I think Kalenn did comment on it, I can't recall. But it's been bugging me. That administrative correction to the Operating Licence by adding the Gold. Who was responsible for that error in the first place, was it left off the application or was it left off the approval ? If you don't know that's cool but no guessing, I can do that myself.
