Honestly, I haven't even looked... but I'd guess it's not a 'normal' market for PEN stock at the moment. Just the temp shift over to PENDA ought to disrupt things and cause higher volatility due to fewer punters. Then, what happens if there's a big buyer or big seller and not enough depth? Big swings.
The other supply/demand point of interest will be when it becomes available to US investors. If they want it, then for a time demand will outstrip supply and the price ought to go up. Nothing has changed fundamentally though, not without an announcement, so the imbalance won't last forever and with luck I'll be able to jump out near the top.
