Well gizard, I just did some back of the envelope stuff and it confers with your grain of salt stuff.
Based on the 17 years of past production, on an annualised basis, I have revenue, at today's metal prices to be USD, $ 2.77 billion per year.
Or, in Australian dollar terms AUD, $ 4.26 billion per year.
If that is repeatable in future mining, BOC will be entitled to 27.2% of the profits that would come from that.
And copper is looking good going forward. Not to mention what the gold price might do.
