Argentina is one of the most dissolute and corrupt jurisdictions on earth, and that started with Peron in the 1940s. They borrowed money from Wall Street and pissed it against the wall. They borrowed money from the IMF and pissed that against the wall. Now they are to borrow money from the BRICS, and you wont get a prize for guessing where that will end up.
