The acquisition won't require a CR per se. It's a transaction that can be settled in cash or shares, 15m in Sept 2024, 22m in Sept 2025, 15m in Sept 2026.

They can also push those dates back 5-6 months by extending the option.

If they settle in shares, they'll be bringing Investment Quebec and the largest pension fund in Quebec onboard as major shareholders (as together they are 50% owners of Stornoway.)
