If there was a UN Security Council in 1940 and they told the British not to retaliate what would Churchill have said? This whole thread is rather ridiculous Israel is at war ..get that . There are no limits the enemy has one function and that is to be killed. Not spared, not fed , not supplied with anything they are there to be killed.
